You may cancel your Talkyn subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied with Talkyn within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@reply-ai.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase and does not apply to renewals.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available within the 7-day window from your initial purchase date. After this period, all payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Account Violations

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund. This includes but is not limited to misuse of the service, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.
